- Bills not paid on or before the 20th of the month are accessed a 10% penalty
- Over 30 day amount is due by the 5th of each month no later than 4:30PM to avoid disconnection of services
- Service disconnections for non-payment and re-connection fees effective the 6th of each month
Refund Policy: All utility payments are applied to the indicated utility account. Refunds are not typically allowed. In the case of an error, refund requests may be submitted to the GCWSA Manager at (434) 348-4213 or admin.wsa@greensvillecountyva.gov. There is no refund for the convenience fee.
